Shipping Policy
We start our shipping process within three to four hours. If you have special requirement please note when order. The cost of shipping can vary for inside Dhaka & outside Dhaka. The cost depends on your order volume & weight.
It takes 24-36 hours to be shipped on Inside Dhaka & for outside Dhaka it takes 3-5 working days.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
- If any product needs to be changed for incorrect size or inappropriate quality is possible within 7 days.
- There is a condition of not be used. This type of change is totally free but sending product would be at
- your own cost & responsibility.
- If there is problem after use like color loss, fabric fault etc. it will be changed with totally free. No cost
- would be charged even product receiving & sending cost will be carried by ambar.
- If any products need to cancel after order, please inform us within eight hours & we will refund your paid.
- We will refund your paid amount using the same payment channel using which the customers have paid with 7-10 working days.
